Apple on Tuesday announced 'Apple TV+', its own all-original video subscription service. Apple TV+ first shows will be available from November 1 this year in over 100 countries for $4.99 per month. Customers who purchase any new iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch or Mac will get one year of Apple TV+ subscription for free.

Twitter Co-founder and CEO Jack Dorsey's mobile payment company Square is suing the US city of San Francisco for nearly $1.3 million in tax refunds. Square claimed that it's not a "financial services" company as the city claims, but an "information" company, which is taxed lower. "We've done everything we can over several years...in pursuit of a resolution," Square said.
